Ordering
We accept orders every day from 00:00 to 24:00. No prior registration is required.
How to place an order:
1. Find the product you wish to order.
2. Add the selected product to your basket. If you wish to order more than one product, continue browsing and add the next product to your basket in the same way.
3. Once you have everything you need, fill in your delivery and billing details.
4. Confirm your order.
5. We will deliver your order to your door within 3–10 working days. Home delivery is provided by Magyar Posta.
Collection in person
You can collect your order in person at a time and place arranged by telephone.
Postage
The postage charge depends on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered, as well as the chosen payment method. The system automatically calculates the delivery charge based on the current postal rates.
Payment
You can choose from two payment methods.
Cash on delivery
In this case, you must pay the amount in cash upon collection.

Please check the contents of your parcel upon receipt. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if anything is missing from the parcel or if it is faulty!
Right of withdrawal
When placing your order, you may exercise your unconditional right of withdrawal as set out in detail in Government Decree No. 17/1999. You may withdraw from the contract within 8 working days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
In this case, the Seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer without delay, but no later than thirty days after the withdrawal and the return of the goods.
The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as the original delivery costs.
The Seller may claim compensation for any damage resulting from the improper use of the goods.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are undamaged and in their original condition.
The product must not be worn or scratched; unfortunately, we cannot accept products in such a condition.

Distance Contract
The subject matter of this contract is all products available in the GR1993 Records online shop. The properties and characteristics of the products can be found on the specific product page.
Upon submission of the order and its confirmation by email, a contract between the Seller and the Customer, acting as the Buyer, is formed in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) a contract between parties at a distance is concluded between the Seller and the Customer, as the Buyer, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
The Seller is obliged to deliver the products selected by the Buyer on the Order Form to the delivery address specified therein, either by cash on delivery or via a courier service. Should the fulfilment of the order be impeded for any reason, the Seller is obliged to contact the Buyer immediately by email or telephone to agree on the next steps.
The Buyer is obliged to accept the products specified on the Order Form submitted by them and delivered by the Seller to the address provided, and to pay the purchase price and delivery charge indicated in the confirmation sent by the Seller in cash to the delivery person.
The Buyer is entitled to cancel the purchase after placing the order but before delivery. In this case, the Buyer shall have no obligation to pay. Cancellation may be notified by telephone to our customer service department. The Parties agree that the Metropolitan Court shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the Civil Code and Government Decree No. 17/1999 (II.5.) on contracts concluded between parties at a distance. The language of contracts concluded through the use of this website is Hungarian; contracts concluded in this manner do not constitute written contracts. We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed, either in part or in full. Partial fulfilment may only take place following consultation with the Customer!
